Order Terms & Conditions
Placing an order
1. You are 18 years or above and have legal capacity to enter in to a binding contract with ourselves.
2. If you work for a company that you have obtained the necessary authority to act upon that business’s request to place an order with us, and you have read and fully understood all of our terms and conditions before proceeding.
3. Payment is required at the time you receive your bill and we will not be able to process your order until we acknowledge receipt of said payment.
4. If you are supplying artwork unless otherwise agreed that order will be cancelled after 60 days of day of purchase without a refund
5. If you use our design facilities; including our images, sole rights of these remain with LA Graphics UK and cannot be used either individually or in its entirety as order placed for any future use without our permission.
6. We shall not be required to print any matter which, in its sole option, is or maybe of an illegal, libellous, or offensive nature, or which may infringe on the proprietary or personal rights of any third party. We will check all artwork for any obvious signs of said rights, discrimination, violence, sexually explicit material or anything that could insight terrorism but any matters that we are obviously not aware of full responsibility rests on the purchaser and whom them represent. This is very important and you must fully understand this section and all others before placing your order, all orders are subject to acceptance and we have full rights to refuse any order that meets any of the above criteria.
7. It is your responsibility if you are using material which is deemed innocent in one sector but could be classes as offensive in another, we are not able to check intent.
8. When supplying information please be accurate when stating facts, refrain from expressing personal viewpoints, ensure all images are of good quality.
9. If you supply total artwork already produced, we will not check any images or spelling so please thoroughly review all of your content before placing an order as refunds will not apply with our Just Print facility.
10. With our just Print facility we will return your artwork as a proof to help you double check.
11. We will provide you with a digital proof of your project for approval, this is your responsibility to check and approve, once this has been completed, this item(s) cannot be changed or cancelled and any errors found by yourself later, the responsibility falls upon yourself.
12. Any alterations may delay your delivery process
13. If you choose one of our templates, once the template has been chosen, this cannot be changed and extra costs may be applied if you desired an alternative layout.
14. Because we are using a third-party delivery service, delivery timelines are approximate only, any damages must be reported in 48 hours with a clear picture of the damaged item. A refund or replacement will only be actioned once you have returned the goods back to ourselves
15. All of our delivery costs are based on deliveries to mainland England, if you require cost outside of this please contact us for assistance
16. Please ensure you make a reasonable effort to accept your parcel when it cannot be posted as we do not accept damages on repeat deliveries
17. Ownership of the product is yours upon delivery, also any loss and damage to the product also passes to yourself
18. If you feel unhappy and need to complain about your order, you must notify us by email at sales@lagraphics.uk within 5 working days where we will review and investigate your content and within 1-5 working days respond to you with our findings.
19. Force majeure, we will be granted an extension of time to perform our obligations in the event of any delays or any factors outside of our control that we have no control over.
20. Copyright which includes the use of a finished product, designed by ourselves including text, images and logos, full copyright and ownership remains with LA Graphics
21. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions an any time
22. These Terms and Conditions will be sent to you along with your bill of sale and will be deemed read and accepted once you have proofed your order, this individual clause will be made aware to you also before the bill is mailed out so you are aware of this statement.
